Once we reserve accommodation for you, we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests.If you cancel a reservation earlier than 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit, less a £10.00 cancellation fee. On cancellations of less than 30 but more than 14 days notice, we will refund you 1/2 of the deposit. On cancellations of less than 14 days notice no refund of the deposit will be made.
Please understand that the deposit is non-transferable.
